Beyond design, I bring hands-on experience with LMS administration, training operations, and program delivery—ensuring learning doesn’t just look good, but works at scale.

I hold a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Learning Science and use a research-backed approach to build practical, performance-focused training.

I design across modalities—from eLearning to instructor-led and blended programs—using agile and waterfall approaches. My focus is compliance, operational, and role-based training that connects directly to real work.
